Forms
Town of Pittsford publications and forms are available at various town office locations. In an effort to make these documents more accessible, the Town has converted documents to "Adobe PDF format." In some cases, links are provided to documents on N.Y.S. web sites.
These forms can be filled out on your computer and printed on your printer. In cases where a signature is not required, the form can be emailed back to the Town. Printed forms should be signed and then mailed, faxed or taken to the appropriate town office.
In order to read, fill out or print these documents, you will need to have Adobe Reader installed. If you don't already have it, the free program can be downloaded by clicking on the graphic at the bottom of this page.
